CORPORATE & COMMERCIAL LAWYER

Responsibilities:

• Advising clients on corporate & commercial law, mergers and acquisitions, securities law and foreign investment
• Preparing, reviewing and handling all types of corporate, investment and commercial contracts
• Providing legal advice and opinions
• Drafting and reviewing contracts and legal documents

Qualifications:

• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Law
• At least 5 years experience in corporate and commercial laws and securities law areas
• Possess a lawyers license
• Proficiency in English is essential
• Excellent analytical, drafting, communication and research skills
• Excellent problem-solving ability
• Strong commitment to client service
• Professional, Enthusiastic and Proactive
