- Advising Berli Jucker Public Company Limited in relation to the restructuring of its business entities in the Lao PDR under the Lao laws perspectives, and assisting in provision of legal documents of the transaction as well as the investment in retail business in the Lao PDR.
- Advising Big C Supercenter Public Company for the establishment of supercenter business in Lao PDR.
- Advising and assisting The Concrete Products And Aggregate Co., Ltd. and its group companies in relation to the business operation in Lao PDR, the corporate amendment and provision of specific legal trainings.
- Advising TPC Power Holding PCL. for the investment in solar power business in the Lao PDR and conducting a due diligence of such project and obtaining relevant governmental approvals.
- Advising and conducting a due diligence of the joint venture company operating insurance business and leasing business in the Lao PDR for the purpose of share acquisition.
- Advising and assisting PTT (Lao) Company Limited in relation to the legal compliance in field of corporate and business operation.
- Assisting Thai Group Companies for the investment in agricultural business and restaurant business including the provision feasible structure, and business establishment.
- Advising Deloitte Touch Tomatsu Jaiyos Co., Ltd. in connection with the establishment of its subsidiary in the Lao PDR in order to provide the auditing and accounting service.
- Advising C.P. Laos Co., Ltd. in relation to the restructuring of its subsidiary in the Lao, also advising on the possible transaction in connection with the purchase of land in the Lao PDR.
