Latthida joined Lao Premier in 2020 and has developed extensive experience in corporate and commercial matters, labour and immigration, intellectual property, and project and concession-related matters. She regularly advises clients on regulatory and compliance issues and has substantial experience liaising directly with government authorities, particularly the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Committee for Investment Promotion and Management, and the Department of Intellectual Property.
