Manilin joined Lao Premier in 2015 and has experience in corporate and securities law, including company incorporation, initial public offerings (IPOs), public and rights offerings (PO/RO), agreement registration, secured transactions, and general commercial matters. Her practice also covers the energy, mining, and labour sectors, where she advises both local and international clients on regulatory, compliance, and commercial issues in the Lao PDR. Since becoming a Lawyer at Lao Premier in 2020, Manilin has regularly liaised with key government authorities, including the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Planning and Investment, the Bank of the Lao PDR, and the Lao Securities Commission Office. She was admitted to the Lao Bar Association in 2020 and is a native Lao speaker, with fluency in both Thai and English.
