Sirikarn has served as an advisor at Lao Premier since 2014 and has extensive experience in project finance, investment, corporate and commercial matters, mergers and acquisitions, labour, and securities law. Throughout her practice, she has been actively involved in a wide range of transactions and projects, including the establishment of corporate entities, joint-ventures, land acquisition transactions, loan and financing arrangements, and security-related matters.

- Coordinating with Clyde&Co Clasis Singapore Pte Ltd. in relation to the share acquisition in the joint venture company, which operates concession business in Lao PDR, and dispute resolution matters.
- Conducting the intensive law study report of the Lao PDR for the Office of the Council of State of Thailand.
- Advising TCC Land Company Limited regarding an investment in the Lao PDR and land transaction, and preparing relevant transaction agreements under the laws of the Lao PDR.
- Conducting legal due diligence on the Lao company operating a food product wholesale and retail business for the purpose of business partnership.
- Advising the subsidiary company of Thailand in relation to the operation of industrial estates and concession right.
- Advising and preparing documents for VT Grater Pharma Company Limited regarding company establishment and business operations.
- Advising the business operation and preparing the material agreements and documents for C. P. Laos Company Limited.

Mergers & Acquisitions
- Conducting various companies in Lao PDR operating mining businesses, including gold, coal, barite, and limestone, in order to present the foreign investors for the purpose of mergers and acquisitions.
- Coordinating with a well-known Japanese law firm in relation to the legal due diligence on the subsidiary companies established under Lao laws, and advising on the material matters e.g., the regulations of the Bank of Lao PDR, and investment laws for the purpose of mergers and acquisitions.
- Conducting legal due diligence on the Lao company operating a hotel and restaurant business for a joint venture purpose.
- Advising and preparing documents regarding acquisition in the Lao IT limited company for Thai investor.

- Advised on the initial public offering (IPO) and listing of Souvanny Home Center Public Company on the Lao Securities Exchange (LSX), including the corporate conversion process and related regulatory compliance matters.
- Advised on the IPO and listing of Lao Cement Public Company on the LSX, including the corporate conversion process and related regulatory compliance matters.
- Advised on the IPO and listing of Vientiane Center Public Company on the LSX, including the corporate conversion process and related regulatory compliance matters.
- Advised on the IPO and listing of Lao Asean Leasing Public Company on the LSX, including the corporate conversion process and related regulatory compliance matters.

- Advising a Thai-listed company on its investment in a Lao-Thai solar power plant project, including the structuring of the shareholding and investment framework, as well as the preparation and negotiation of the concession agreement with the Lao authorities.
- Advising Nam Theun 1 Power Company Limited for its business operation and preparing the material agreements.

- Representing and advising Industrial and Commercial Bank of China Limited in relation to the security registration process and credit facilities granted to Lao Company, and preparing the collateral agreements.
- Advising Export-Import Bank of Thailand and many foreign banks from Thailand in relation to the offshore account and cross-border transactions with the Lao borrower companies under the perspective of Lao laws.
- Representing and advising Oktava Company Limited in relation to credit facilities granted to Lao sole company limited, drafting the land mortgage agreement and attending in the security registration process.
