Tonglee joined Lao Premier in 2022 and has developed experience across a broad range of corporate and commercial matters, financing and offshore lending transactions, mining operations, and land-related matters. He regularly advises clients on regulatory and transactional issues and has extensive experience liaising with government authorities, particularly the Ministry of Industry and Commerce, the Ministry of Finance, and the Bank of the Lao PDR. Tonglee is fluent in both Lao and English.

- Assisting Khammouane Cement Co., Ltd. with a refund of VAT.
- Handling tax registration processes for newly established companies.
