Biography

Ms. Arpon is an Advisor of Lao Premier with a working capacity and in-depth knowledge of many fields of law, such as corporate & commercial, real estate, and mergers & acquisitions, works mostly with government officials of the Ministry of Industry and Commerce and the Ministry of Planning and Investment of the Lao PDR. Subsequently, she has close connections with the government officials, and has played an active role in many landmark projects within the Lao PDR involving land acquisitions, loan transactions, and security packages.

Selected Experience

Advising EDL-Generation Public Company in relation to the provision of Right Officer (RO) and Public Offering (PO) in the year 2015 including all listing respects.

Advising C.P. Laos Co., Ltd. in relation to the restructuring of its subsidiary in the Lao, also advising on the possible transaction in connection with the purchase of land in the Lao PDR.

Advising Isuzu Motors Indochina Co., Ltd. on the establishment of the entity operating after sale services in the Special Economic Zone in the Lao PDR.

Advising Thai real estate company on the possible transaction in connection with the purchase of land in the Lao PDR.

Advising Malaysian entrepreneur in relation to the restructuring of the business entities operating hotel service in the Lao PDR under the Lao laws perspectives, and assisting in provision of legal documents of the transaction.

Advising on the listing of Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Lao World Public Company and Souvanny Home Center Public Company.

Advising the Thai Energy Companies and Guangdong No. 3 Water Conservancy and Hydroelectric Engineering Board Lao Engineering Company in relation to the feasibility on the investment in energy projects in the Lao PDR, including hydropower.

Advising Deloitte Touch Tomatsu Jaiyos Co., Ltd. in connection with the establishment of its subsidiary in the Lao PDR in order to provide auditing and accounting services.
