We have an active infrastructure practice (particularly in power) requiring an understanding of land use and title issues such as water access rights, rights of way, the use of sea-shore or river bank land and the use of land under the control of the Highways Department, the Harbours Department, the State Railway Authority and the Irrigation Department.
We have been involved in the establishment of a number of property funds and the purchase and management of properties and property-related assets by such funds.
