Nawika is a Senior Associate at Lao Premier International Law Office Co., Ltd (Lao Premier). She has worked with Lao Premier for over 8 years and has broad experiences advising clients in various fields, especially on real estate, energy, mergers & acquisition, banking & finance and commercial. She has represented clients in relation to a regulatory compliance and Thai commercial banks on many projects financing in the Lao PDR.

• Advised many top companies from Thailand who are investing in Lao PDR on the compliance with Lao legislations, restructuring and represented them to apply for the regulatory approvals to operate business in the Lao PDR, such as Big C Supercenter, PTT (Lao) Company Limited, C.P. Laos Company Limited, and Concrete Product and Aggregate Co.,Ltd.
• Advised on the listing of Initial Public Offering (IPO) of Souvanny Home Center Public Company, Mahatheun Leasing Public Company, Lao Agrotech Public Company and Vientiane Center Lao Public Company.
• Advised Thai leading company in the solar industry to acquire for the solar power plant concession in the Lao PDR.
• Advised foreign real estate companies on the possibility and risk assessment to purchase of land in the Lao PDR.
• Advised foreign insurance companies on the restrictions and conditions to cross-border offer the insurance products.
• Represented the lender on projects financing of Souvanny Home Center Public which is a 6th listed company in the Lao PDR.
• Represented Nam Theun 1 Power Company which is operating a 650 MW hydroelectric power project in compliance with all related regulatory and concession agreement.
• Represented Japanese Financial Company to acquire the shares of non-banking financial institution in the Lao PDR
